Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected in your relationships? You’re not alone—and change is possible. With the right support, you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
Many of the struggles we face today are rooted in past experiences—trauma, loss, or unmet needs that continue to shape how we think, feel, and connect with others. These patterns can show up as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck in cycles that are hard to break. Therapy offers a space to gently explore these patterns, helping you heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer individual counseling for adults, with a focus on complex trauma and complicated grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in humanistic principles—honoring your story and your capacity for healing and meaningful change.
I hold a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision and have advanced training in EMDR, grief and trauma therapy, and Humanistic Sandtray Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I thoughtfully integrate to support deeper healing and self-compassion.
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s holding you back, process difficult experiences, and help you reconnect with a greater sense of balance, purpose, and well-being.
